Substantive provisions
1.1 According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" as amended on 05.06.2014, the Buyer has the right to refuse the purchase of products at any time before receiving them or after receiving them within two weeks (14 calendar days).
1.2 The return of the product is carried out if the external appearance, its quality characteristics and consumer properties are preserved. It should also be noted that there should be no visible signs of use on the product. If the product has been used, it cannot be returned.
1.3 It should be noted separately that in cases of fulfillment of individual orders (for example, production of a phone case according to the specific wishes of the Customer) and full compliance of the individual consumer characteristics with the declared ones, the product cannot be returned.
1.4 In the event that the Customer discovers defects in the delivered product, which are not reserved by the seller, the product can be returned or exchanged for another one that fully satisfies the Customer in terms of its operational and aesthetic characteristics.
1.5 Important! We draw the attention of the Clients to the fact that the color range of the offered products may differ slightly from the color palette offered on the website. This is due to different color rendering of monitors. This nuance must be taken into account when choosing products.
Reasons for rejecting a return or exchange request
2.1 The product does not comply with clause 1.2 of the Basic Provisions of this document.
2.2 The product does not comply with clause 1.4 of the Basic Provisions of this document.
2.3 The product is made according to the individual requirements of the client and corresponds to clause 1.3 of the Basic Provisions of this document.
